The newest residents of Hayes Barton Place will be moving into the Flats on Bicton in just a few weeks. Designed for convenient, one-story living, these approximately 2000 square-foot homes offer a cozy, low-maintenance lifestyle adjacent to the main clubhouse. Residents of the flats will also enjoy access to all the wonderful amenities Hayes Barton Place has to offer. We can’t wait to welcome the newest residents home!

Our recent Dirty Soda Social at Bloomsbury was a super fun afternoon! We learned about the origin of Dirty Soda and sampling a few delicious flavor combinations. Smiles, laughs, and sweet sips made this social a hit for everyone.
In true Hayes Barton Place fashion, we couldn’t miss an opportunity to celebrate someone we love! At our town hall meeting the other day, we surprised our executive director Sam Murray before he heads to Italy to get married! We all are sending him and his lovely fiancée our best wishes for a lifetime of love and happiness! 🕊️🤍
