Groundbreaking Celebration for Hayes Barton Place!

On Wednesday, September 28th, Liberty Senior Living held its official groundbreaking celebration for Hayes Barton Place, anticipated to open in 2024. Located on Oberlin Road between Fairview Road and Greenway Avenue, Hayes Barton Place will be nestled in Raleigh’s most desirable address for senior living and will pay tribute to its namesake neighborhood’s highly esteemed history and heritage.
“North Carolina is the best state for retirees and active older adults to live, play, work, and volunteer,” said North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper. “Hayes Barton Place will be a great spot for active adults to continue living lives of engagement and purpose.”
An estimated 350 people attended the groundbreaking ceremony, including Charter Members, Priority Partners, residents, neighbors, area dignitaries, corporate management, business partners, and media.
Governor Cooper was a guest speaker at the event, which also featured photo opportunities, a video presentation, and statements by Liberty Senior Living leadership.

Hayes Barton Place senior living community will feature independent living, including condominium-style residences, flats and townhomes. As a Life Plan Community, Hayes Barton Place will offer peace of mind by also providing a continuum of care, including assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation.
Hayes Barton Place is meticulously designed to pamper residents with luxury amenities and concierge services comparable to a fine, all-inclusive resort.
