These thoughtfully designed homes add a unique new dimension to the community’s portfolio, offering an equity option alongside existing rental residences while preserving the full suite of amenities, services, and on-site healthcare that define the Hayes Barton Place lifestyle.

Formerly known as The Cottages at Budleigh East and now, under new ownership, named the Welham Commons Cottages, the homes range from 2,025 to 2,158 square feet and feature first-floor master suites, two bedrooms upstairs, covered brick-paved porches, premium appliances, and upscale finishes. The cottages were originally owned by Williams Realty & Building and were part of the new Budleigh East neighborhood before Liberty Senior Living, owner and operator of Hayes Barton Place, acquired them.
