Yesterday’s Groundbreaking Party was a wonderful eve. The perfect opportunity to officially “Break Ground” for the community. Expected to welcome residents in 2024. We think that Governor Roy Cooper put it best when he said during his remarks , “80 is the new 60” and that in referring to HBP, “This place will be rocking!” Both of those statements are true. Now, more than ever, we are so excited for Raleigh’s first inside the beltline Lifeplan Community to be built!
